Fiesta Has Arrived!

Every August Fiesta (Old Spanish Days) takes place in nearby Santa Barbara here on the South Coast. Three days of nonstop partying for many - three days to stay away from downtown for many more.

We'll be facing many more of these issues as access to information that

was once freely distributed by the government is privatized.
